B”H Yesod Yosef distributed Shabbos assistance to 16 poor families.
Prayers by the Tzadikim
Donors were prayed for by the Kivarim of the holy Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai, Benayahu-ben-Yehoyada, Rebbe Dosa Ben Hurkanus and Binyamin HaTzadik.
This is aside from the name lists that are given along with each distribution and are likely to be mentioned by our recipients at many other Kivrei Tzadikim.
Weekly Tzedaka Torah
Tzedaka falls in the category of vows, therefore if one says “this coin is for charity” it is incumbent upon him to immediately give the coin to charity and if he delays he transgresses “do not tarry” since he is able to give it right away.
