B”H Yesod Yosef distributed Shabbos assistance to 18 poor families.
Prayers by the Tzadikim
Donors were prayed for by the Kivarim of the holy Choni Hameagel, Rebbe Dosa Ben Hurkanus and Binyamin HaTzadik.
This is aside from the name lists that are given along with each distribution and are likely to be mentioned by our recipients at many other Kivrei Tzadikim.
Weekly Tzedaka Torah
One who wishes to attain merit for himself, should overcome his evil inclination and be generous. Any thing that he does for the sake of Heaven should be from the nicest and the best. If he builds a House of prayer, it should be nicer then his personal home. If he feeds the hungry, he should feed him from the best and the sweetest of his table. If he covers those lacking clothing, he should cover him from his nicest garments. If he donates an object he should donate from the nicest of his positions as it says ‘All finest is for Hashem’
