Weekly Yesod Yosef Summery
B”H Yesod Yosef distributed Shabbos assistance to 19 poor families. Chanuka gifts were distributed for 100 kids.
Prayers by the Tzadikim
Donors were prayed for by the Kivarim of the holy Rebbe Dosa Ben Hurkanus, Rebbe Nachum Ish Gamzu and Binyamin HaTzadik.
This is aside from the name lists that are given along with each distribution and are likely to be mentioned by our recipients at many other Kivrei Tzadikim.
Weekly Tzedaka Torah
A person should not use his Masser money to do a Mitzvah. For example donating candles to the Beit Kneset or other thing related to Mitzvos. Instead he should give it to the poor. If Mitzvah came his way, for example: sponsoring a Bris or helping a poor couple get married etc… or purchasing Sefarim to learn with them and to lend them out to others so they can learn with them, if he does not have the ability to do this with his personal money, then he can use his Masser money for this.
